How does your pianist prepare for the performance with a digital piano?

The pianist will personally set up the digital piano and sound system. Everything can therefore be installed smoothly up to one hour before your guests arrive, or as early as the previous evening if the venue can be securely accessed.

After the performance, the piano will be removed that same evening, either immediately after the performance or once the event has concluded.

Why does the piano need to be set up at least one hour before the guests arrive?

Allowing some extra time helps us prepare for any unforeseen technical issues, giving us enough time to resolve a problem on site or arrange assistance as quickly as possible.

What about an acoustic piano?

The pianist will arrange for a professional piano moving company to transport the instrument. The movers will generally need access to the venue on the morning of the performance. The piano will be tuned and polished on the day of the event, ensuring that it is presented and sounds at its very best.
The piano is generally collected by the professional piano movers the following morning.
